Sexual Violence and Related Crimes
This course, Sexual Violence and Related Crimes, provides
information on sexual violence and sex offense laws in West Virginia. It also
identifies related types of violence for which rape crisis centers in the state
offer victim support—sexual harassment, stalking and cybercrimes (if they are a
component of sex offenses, sexual harassment or stalking). A general
introduction to each problem is provided.
